An electric company told my mom that since they cancelled their service that even though one rep. told them they could pay packet a monthly amount and in a minute they said that they will turn them over to collection if they dont pay cheque the amount surrounded by full and they enjoy be sending a expenditure every month since they cancelled their service. Can they do that?
