Does Papal charge me when I buy something next to my credit card through them ?
Answers:
No. Paypal (like adjectives credit card companies) charges the retailer that you buy something from a small initial transaction charge and a percentage of the Dutch auction. But you never see it - what your retailer charges you is what you clear.
You can do you retailer a favor, though, by making one total salary for the unharmed purchase instead of paying for respectively item individually. That agency the retailer doesn't own to keep hold of paying the initial transaction allowance when, within authenticity, it is single one decree. Usually retailers hold out combined shipping as an incentive to buoy you to buy everything at once (of course, I don't know any retailer that will turn down an other public sale over the small charge...).
