Why is paypal not accepting my reason details?
I m residing in India. I give them the correct information details of my mound tale. But it say the issuer of the credit card have denied the credit card. I checked near the rationalization and it be fine. What could be wrong? plz assist.

I hope you did not respond to a phony email, giving your information to a crook. The phony emails look unadulterated. I only closed down mt SECOND paypal tale because of deposit problem.
