How to fix error problem next to Paypal??

I am not from the US and I only just bought some items from 2 US base Etsy peddler. Opened a paypal portrayal, salaried for an expanded use number and everything. The first Etsy merchant have her own shop and sent me an invoice via her own website which I be competent to reward next to my Singapore credit card via Paypal. The 2nd Etsy retailer sent me the invoice form Etsy and for the life span of me, I can't pay envelope for it. It kept saw that "This compensation cannot be funded beside a credit card at this time".

I did a G00GLE survey and realised that alot of international buyers own like problem. I don't know how to fix it! Argh.. Did everything Paypal asked me to do, log out, log in, make the addition of credit card, try again a few days next, but it still doesn't work. It's driving me crazy. I hold a friend who is surrounded by the US, so she can fix it by transferring funds to this US vendor, but I also bought stuff from an Etsy retailer who stays within Spain!! And, I also can't earnings her. It's driving me UP the WALL!

Please, be really meticulous next to Paypal, they hijack customer's money for 180 days
so they can day-trade it and put the profit within their own pockets.
So they usually use "Money on hold" or "suspicious activities" as an excuse to use their customer's money.

Please check this out, and please sense that they push another product. Since I don't know this product and I don't know anyone who does you should distrust it too.
