Can i agree a check even if i know it is put-on? why?

you can, but eventually your edge will return it and pilfer the money wager on from your depiction and even if the money is not near, your information will be denial and they might charge fees.

Sure you CAN, but why would you want to? If you KNOWINGLY do something close to that it is probable that you you are committing fraud and could cease up on the wrong side of the ruling.
