Should i lift TransUnion to court for reporting me motionless?

I was just now denied for a credit card, and it turned out that TransUnion was reporting me to creditors as a lifeless person. I call that agency and demanded to fix that problem immediately and they did fix the error. Do i hold legal grounds to cart them to court? Thanks

Answers: if they promise to fix it let it travel because they said they would fix it
