Refi rates in New Jersey?

My parents are trying to refinance their mortgage and equity dash into one loan. Credit score are 538 and 600. House should appraise for 180k, they want loan for 150k. What concerned of percentage rate would they be looking at for a 30 year fixed.

These are not great credit score, but should be adequate to bring back financing. Try bankrate.com to procure rates within your nouns. Also if they can lurk a few months, they may procure better rates since nearby is pressure on the federal reserve to lower rates and they will enjoy more time to work on any deficiency within their credit. The better their score, the better the rate will be.
7.25% or smaller amount near FHA ..FHA allows up to 95% cashout LTV...and evaluation isnt a factor.

BUT THEY CANT HAVE MORTGAGE LATES...or significant lates near other accounts!
Yeah, they should look to increase their score and they may obtain a better rate.
