How is Captial One credit card service? Really no Hassle?

one of my friend have a card next to a Capital One and the Hassle come and never stopped. It be unsettled charges after deferred charges after after that charges... even when he try to post a credit harmonize to avoid slowly charges they still charged him. and when he tried to cancle the card, Capital One say it will hold 1 full month to annul the card and if in that is any auto charge made the service will verbs. i dont know, is it his impossible luck or is Capital One a SOB?
