Late tax and nouns charge?
I be out of country for a month and I changed my address when I come support, I received my concluding bill from my credit card company after my due date, it be included a behind schedule allowance and a nouns charge duty, I call them and explained everything and they wave the overdue excise, but I still enjoy to clear the nouns charge! my put somebody through the mill is: if they wave my belated levy after I explained them that I have a correct address and I be out of country, why they didn't wrinkle my nouns charge excise?
