Because you are not supose to be capable of seize a credit card unless you are 18 years of age or elder.
I believe a minor's credit card does not schedule him as the primary (no income) but the parent .
Use of a parents card for charges not authorized by them would be a felony .
Guess it depends if the parents are smart adequate to enjoy the brat shipped to juvie !
