Lost, never used credit card Capital one?
i received it in the correspondence months ago, and i never authorized it.. basically threw it away. Now when i try to apply for another one, it say i already own an story. Which i do, but i don't hold that card, and it be NEVER activate. It be disposed of properly and i know not a soul have it.. So when i try to contact wealth one to bring back another one shipped to me, every number and internet connect asks for the 16 digit number of the card.. and if i right to be heard i don't own it, it only asks me again.. What do i do
