ask the hotel to break the tenet that you are looking to break.
you don't. enlighten the those at the front desk that you would similar to to reward dosh for the mini slab instead of have it show up on your company card.

I am assuming that you are not in actual fact asking anyone how to violate excise law.
What I regard as you are asking for is:
"How do I prevent mini-bar purchases from showing up on the hotel acceptance that I will be submitting to my company for reimbursement."
That is as simple as asking the front desk clerk at checkout to provide a separate receiving. And, at the present time, most hotels automatically produce a separate taking for mini-bar purchases, in-room movies, room service, etc... I would be surprised if the hotel you are staying at is any different.
This would be a crime -- stealing from your employer -- and you would probably be fired and possibly prosecuted for raid and sent to lock up for doing this, so I would avoid it if I be you.
