my boyfriend is 22 years weak and he get a bill from kaiser because his proboscis get dog-eared and he did a surgery on it. he didn't know tha his insurance be due and didn't cover that surgery. in a minute, he is within 11,000 debt and he's doing liquidation. he's be contained by U.S since 1995. is his impossible credit going to stop him from becoming a citizen?
