Help. What is "remittance advice"?

The university I used to attend have sent me a form clich¨¦ "remittance advice" and what looks close to a check at the bottom. But the rest of the form looks approaching a bill.

Do i owe them money? or are they sending me money?

Answers:
A remittance proposal is a expenditure of money to you. The bottom portion that looks resembling a bill is for your documentation and should indicate what the remittance to you is for. You probably over salaried for something, or dropped out hasty ample to get hold of a credit for some of your finance expense towards fees. I will you have said what the amount be, but clutch it to your ridge and they will process it and credit your sandbank portrayal. Isn't it nice to sorta find money.
They are sending you money, its their proof that they hold rewarded the invoice
A fee slip.

You use one to recompense money into an story. Present that at your dune and they will credit your story next to that amount.
Its a slip that usually comes near a pocket money of cheque or notification that it have be compensated into your edge rationalization. That bottom bit is a cheque. You enjoy probably overpaid somewhere along the lines. Just rip it bad and sandbank it as a usual cheque.
Remittance proposal is a document showing the proof of the grant .
A Remittance Advice is only just a detail/breakdown of the gift, approaching a statement but usually next to money roofed. Enjoy! And edge the cheque!
