Bank levy/lien?

if you have a hill levy/lien from a judgement..and they levy your account. if you close that wall account and clear up a new edge account at impossible to tell apart branch...can they levy that account as capably if they do not know the account number? or can they budge in in that and say the folks name and achieve all the report numbers
