Can a credit card company sue through employer or Garnishee Wages?
My co-worker a moment ago received a communiqu¨¦ from our corporate department. Stating that by directive they enjoy to Garnishee 25% of her wages Bi-weekly. She is freaking out because she is pretty much the simply character that is to say working in the domestic. I am not sure what to influence to her that can comfort her. Can they do this to her?
