Trying to buy a service on yahoo by credit card and anyone denied due to variation of address; how do i fix it?

it prompts that my salary cannot be added. It is evidently finding a problem beside my address info in the annals ie a deposit problem. The funds be withdrawn from my credit card but i be disallowed to proceed. How can i revise my residential address so that financial guarantee does not block my attempt to purchase a yahoo network site.

update your address near your credit card - didn't you do that when you moved, so your bill go to the hot address?
