How do i database a dispute on my credit card transactions after it have gone on collection.?
Answers: Most credit card companies give you a unshakable time period to dispute transactions. Anywhere from 90 days to 1 year is adjectives. Simple contact your credit card company and tell them you are disputing a transaction.
There are ususally two ways to dispute.
You never recieved the product or service or you did and you are not chirpy with it.
It you never recieved the product or service you will almost incontestably have the transaction reversed if you are inside the time frame allowed to dispute it.
If you returned a product and didn't get a compensation you will most likely also own the transaction reversed in your favor.
If you received the product or service and are only just not happy next to it - this is harder to win. You will have to write a statement and proffer some sort of proof like photos, or an advert for falase advertising, ect...
Start by contacting your credit card company's customer service which is down on the back of your credit card.
You are means of access too late, I suspect. Most credit cards administer you 60 to 90 days from the monthly statement date to dispute any transactions.
