Sign up for a card that offer 0% interest on go together transfers for a year or more (Fidelity offer one for 14 months).

Transfer your balance over to the current card, next cut it up (very esteemed...if you sort purchases, they will be rewarded sour later and the interest will accrue).

Add the amount of the balance transferred, the 3% transfer excise and divide by the number of months on the submit.
