Did you know that Wal-mart (at least the one where i live) they stopped giving out those smiley stickers to kid's because at hand trying to cut costs..HOW SAD is that
Answers: Not as sad as it would be if the price of bread, milk or some other necessity went up so they could bequeath kids some useless sticker that will just wind up on somebody's shoe bottom at the house.
Though I loathe walmart, they come in and run everybody else out of business and their stuff is so cheap, there's really no choice but to go nearby. Despite the fact that they also save costs by single having 3 cashiers for 5000 shoppers...
Sad, yes. But, like adjectives other companies and individuals, they are looking to make the easy cuts first. I've notice items that I buy there on a regular basis hold gone up anywhere from .10 to $2.
A smiley sticker can easily be replaced by a smiling person down the register. Hopefully, that is where they are directing some of their cost hoard: employee training.
