Land investment company that gone insolvent,do i attain to hold on to the laND?

will i get anything back?
what to do in the region of a company that has gone insolvent because they were surrounded by breach of financial service authority,
( im talking about UK LAND INVESTMENTS CO, check their website) we are not protecterd by any statutory legislation as they be unregistered, what do we do?
WHAT HAPPens if you have already bought out the land surrounded by full and it is freehold, and you have the papers, what can you do,
no planning permission on it, but we do own papers that say its ours,.

Answers:    The FSA is unlikely to close down any legitimate business (in certainty, they are unlikely to close down any business, no matter how obvious the scam)

So if UK LAND INVESTMENTS CO. have been closed down by the FSA, it suggests to me they were simply a bunch of con-merchants ..

You should contact he FSA for information ..

NB. In UK, 'papers' (deeds) are worth zilch .. to be legally yours, the property (land) has to be surrounded by your name at the Land Registry..
Hi!! go to your local come to rest registry office, usually at your local town hall and enjoy a word with someone in authority, they will know the answer.
My own emotion is that as you have the deeds, and it is freehold, fully paid up, you are contained by the clear. You will be the registered owner. Much will depend whether the company was legitimately registered or just a scam.
