How can I find out who the owner of a store is?

I recieved horrible customer service from a worker in a bridal shop who refused to offer me the store owner's name & phone number. I tried to find out, but couldn't find any info online about the owner. How can I find out so I can complain roughly speaking the rude worker?

Answers:    look in your local phone book for your city's chamber of commerce. Give them a call monday.
How do you know the worker wasn't the owner?

Call them up and simply ask, "I would love to dispatch a thank you note to the owner of your shop... what is his or her name?" I can assure you the designation will fly out of their mouths.

You can write a letter addressed "OWNER ... Personal & Confidential" and it's unlikely it would be open by anyone else.
