Has anybody worked for USPS formerly?

(U.S postal service) I hear the pay a lot. i be wondering if the work was hard or not because it seem like they pay too much.

Answers:    It might be okay for a while, resembling for teenagers.

It's hard to imagine a grown entity doing that for long - sort of like Al Bundy selling shoes, except getting overpaid.

I think the post should be minimum wage (not much skill) with term ends for one year. Then, give someone else a chance to seize on his feet, do something meaningful and become independent.
Well within New York a postal worker shot up a housings building. Something is work with that job except strong work.

Postal worker shoots 2 neighbors, then himself, in Harlem Clad surrounded by his U.S. Postal Service uniform, a mail carrier shot one man unresponsive and seriously wounded another at his Harlem apartment building on Tuesday before turning the gun on himself, police said.
I retired as a letter owner 2 years ago after 19 years of service. Top pay for carriers be about $24 per hour. Some carriers drive adjectives day, I myself walked 15 miles next to a 35lb. sachel on my back in snow up to my knees and within 100+ degree temps.. The walking ruined my knees, ankles & feet over the years. So, 'ya can "luck out" beside a mounted route or be a human pack mule!
