I want to find out if there is any inconveniences you have face in any of the Mcdonald's store you have be to. Let me know as i am writing customer care improvement program for the company. Feel free to spawn suggestions. Thanks.
Answers: I can give you some suggestion about the Kowloon (Hong Kong) MacDonald's as the followings.
1) There is not ample napkins for the customers. The reason is Hong Kong peoples mostly are greedy. I observed more than twenty times (about four years ago) that an old Chinese woman have been waiting the whole morning and have taken three times (around 8am. to 11 am.) of all the napkins in one use. The MacDonald's directorial personal explained to me one time and she told me to watch that old female. I think the local MacDonald's did the right thing four years ago.
2) Another frail lady had also took adjectives those free daily news dissertation (Head Lines News, Chinese edition) just one time from the rack. Many say that Hong Kong short old age pension as honest as US or Canada. She took it and sold to the used paper collector for about equivalent to 2 cents US.More than 300,000 Hong Kong senior citizens are currently living beneath the poverty line.

I estimate Hong Kong is much different from the US or Canada. Macdonald is almost like my home, or my working place. I usually buy two meals contained by local Macdonald restaurant neglecting the warning from my clinical doctor. I am not upset of dying. As a matter of fact, my departure wish is to have one of my artery get clout and die instantly without much pain right inside the Macdonald.
