Please explain "Objects and Purposes" as it applies to a corporate constitution.?
Are "Objects" properly differentiated from "Purposes" -- and if so, after how? I'm helping write a constitution for a local grouping, and the taste constitutions I've read thus far give the impression of being poorly constructed: I want to do a first-rate commission that will survive me.
