Question going on for Amazon?

I ordered a product of the UK amazon website yesterday at 19:00. At 19:03 i receieved an email confirming my order, next to the directive number. Today at 18:30 (UK time), I tried to track my instruct on the amazon website but I search adjectives the option available and the instruct be nowhere to be see! I enjoy tried for 3 hours very soon to track the command but I own have no luck. I hold have no emails roughly the establish. I own also emailed amazon 7 times because what I ordered be expensive and I havnt receieved any replys. I own never used Amazon in the past. Does anybody know if this is usual, or if anybody have have it happen to themselves?

phone call the amazon pleople up on the phone and see whats going on explicitly what i did when things similar to that go wrong.
