I am the sole shareholder of an S Corporation in NJ that I want to vend, do I own to dissolve first?
I would similar to to get rid of 100% of the stocks to a buyer. He be told by someone that I would have need of to dissolve the business first beforehand he could buy it, but I enjoy never hear that beforehand. Am I properly required to dissolve an S Corporation that I am the sole shareholder of previously I can put on the market it?
