The merchant could enjoy restrictions within place such as Credit Card verified member, or not shipping to guaranteed locations.
There also is the hit and miss that the Seller mis-understood your straight grill, and maybe thought you be up to something - unfortunatley frequent seller receive lots of spam emails and tend to block the senders "basically surrounded by case"
Either path, It may be worth contacting the street trader again to ask if they hold any buyer restrictions contained by place for other items, as habitually these settings will copy across to other listings short the dealer spotting it, or to consent to them know you accurately want to afford them your money!
A trader can overthrow any bid. Sometimes they quash if you hold gloomy feedbacks or if you hold a 0 feedback.
