Answers:
I one and only know give or take a few Loss Prevention, and its a well brought-up livelihood near.
I seriously doubt it. They are RABID just about pushing their stupid credits cards (where they engineer most of their money). If you go wrong to do this AGGRESSIVELY, you are putting your livelihood on the splash (or at most minuscule your raise). This, within my experience w/Sears, cause the force to be positively mean to those who decline the card. After 3 distrustful experiences, one that finished surrounded by a shouting game w/ a director & a teller, I completely quit shopping within. I am not the first personage to do so, any.
I only just started working near as a bank clerk, and yes it's a pious place!! Sometimes it does capture boring because we don't get hold of masses customers contained by my nouns. You wear black/white shirts and black/tan pant. You also own to wear something that covers your foot i.e. not sneakers. Cashiers customarily use the register, and if not a soul is around, purely backing fold clothes and straighten out. Hope this help!
They do tend to push you to acquire customers to gain their credit cards. But I don't usually ask customers and they don't observe...
I've be working at sear for more or less partly a year in a minute. The sear I work at is a smaller department store. It's great, it's slickly the best (and most fun) undertaking I've ever have.
Cashiers, as expected, own to run the point of Dutch auction registers. At most stores, cashiers will enjoy to do sale, returns, exchanges, credit card payments, and the close to - within's no customer service desk.
You'll also enjoy to hold on to your nouns verbs. Just walk around, straighten selves, fold clothes, towels, etc. You'll also hold to put returned merchandise backbone (if it's within your area), so you'll enjoy to revise what go where on earth.
You also will enjoy to try to bring population to sign up for credit cards. It will be rugged at first, but it become easier as you run along. You of late stipulation to know how to not appropriate it instinctively when ancestors right to be heard no, or when they achieve sulky that you try to hold out them one.
The dress code is pretty simple, white or black shirt, black or sunburn pant (some stores do allow skirts, if you're a girl). Sneakers and jeans are a no though.
Training is pretty promptly, it single took me three days to go and get on the floor, and they trademark sure nearby is someone working next to you to assistance you get hold of started once you're on the registers.
If you can save an stretch out mind, than working at sear is a fun, undemanding charge.
