Okay, I enjoy be trying to receive my check sent to me for nearly 3 months presently, but still I enjoy not get it, my boss, boss told me she would distribute it the morning i call and ask her to, so i wait for a week, nil another week, zilch, I call and asked if it be ever sent, nope, so I be told it would be sent, again i wait,
It have be 3 months, and I am really ticked, I call today, and asked to speak next to the soul who owns the Wendys, I be told, I can't own the phone Number, so I've be trying to bring ahold of someone who can recount me something, but I can't
The place i worked be surrounded by clovis strange mexico, and i'm presently living in oregon, what should I do? what can i do?

Write an email to Wendy's corporate headquarters, and copy as various relevant inhabitants as you can, close to the national labor relations board, the better business bureau, investigative reporters, ect. Make it more difficult for them to cold-shoulder you.
call them an added time and communicate them that you want the check inwardly 72 hours. If you don't seize your check consequently convey them you will name spanking new Mexico's department of labor.
