The barrier of communication surrounded by business ?

if someone could please highlight the barrier in communication contained by a business and importance of communitcation .


Answers:    Generally barrier exist if it is difficult to discuss a topic with your supervisor.

Likewise if here are formal or informal requirements for transmitting information from one level of managment to antoher or from one division to another afterwards this constitutes a contstraint on communications.

if it is not possible to hold a free flow of information from line staff to senior staff swiftly then within is a serious communication issue.
