Can a subordinate administer inter bureau note to General Manager?
Answers:
Most GMs own some sort of "Open Door" policy where on earth you can contact them. Either via email or by submitting question to them at specific times during the year.
The more substantial request for information here is what do you want to receive out of the message? Your GM most predictable does not involve him/herself in the morning to morning decision that impact you. You might be better rotten going to the chief of HR, Quality or Operations depending on your issue. They would hold a more vested interest in the types of improvements or problems you may be have.
Why not? Your ALL a short time ago human resources after adjectives!
Probably not!
There is usually a ‘chain of command’. This chain is used as much to secrete the incompetence of middle and highly developed guidance as it is to set free the CEO from time consuming busy work. It is the hiding of goofs by middle and high government explicitly the bottle collar you will frontage.
It would doubtless be a perfect model if the CEO took an occasional stroll through the peasant class paragraph of any business.
