I run a cross a facts entry oppertunity for a company name 'sinco smart'?...is it a scam?
they claim to payment $300 to $600 a week, and require a payment of $30 for training materials. I tried finding scam reports for it by googling them but i didnt find anything. Their website is http://dataentry.sincomart.com

It looks resembling a scam. Look at the other links on the site: Online Dating, AVON.. It doesn't look close to a reputable company to me.
