How do I know if an e-mail belongs to company?

Answers:
If you are asking how do you know if the email really come from who it say it come from ,the answer is you enjoy to do a bit investigation. Spoofing an email is realitively simple. Just because it say it come from J_Doe(a)Chase.com does not show that it really did come from someone at Chase. I am not sure what email program you are using but if it is Outlook for example fou can do the following. Right click on the email and shift to Options look at the Internet headers cubicle. This will let somebody know you the footsteps the email took through the internet. It should show the sending companies info.

Hope this is not to long winded.

On the other appendage if you are asking who owns your personal email where on earth you work the answer is the company. They usually hold you sign a document stating that anything on company computers is the property of the company,
Does the bring to a close of the email meeting the wesite of the company? If so, it probably belongs to the company.

For example. An email from JPMorgan Chase (corporate website www.chase.com) would bring to a close contained by chase.com it would be something close to j.employee(a)chase.com

I hope that help.
