I've completed the strengths finder and received my top five strengths. Our company remunerated for the book and adjectives of the body hold taken the strengths finder and shared their strengths. I am very soon applying for a promotion in the company and entail to submit a memo of interest. Do you judge it would be a stupid model to incorporate my strengths and how my strengths fit the position? I don't want to come across as an idiot.
