High turnover of chief executives in FTSE 100?

I read not long that just about 30% of the chief executives surrounded by the FTSE 100 have moved out their job this year for one pretext or another. Is this a desperate sign, or is it indicitive of an expected further increase in turnover?

Answers:
That opportunity is massively transcient anyway. Often replacements come from companies down the cuff. It is also remarkably repeatedly a issue of what hold you done for me lately. So if a company have a doomed to failure year, the executives are the first to turn. It is also the object that they receive salaried capably when the company succeeds.
That's an interesting trend in the monetary cycle.
