Royal Mail Recorded Delivery...?
Can anyone relay me why Royal Mail offer the Recorded Delivery Service? It seem pointless, since it is sorted in near the First Class post and cannot be traced on their website until it have be signed for. In my view, Special Delivery is far more reliable.
