signal corp. a cell phone insurance company, wrongly reported me to telecheck. I be going to go and get a foreign phone from them, they took a 50.00 check by phone payment from me, 15 min. subsequent I cancelled the transaction,( I looked up the phone they be going to present me and didn't approaching it). 3 daytime's next they took the 50.00 out of my checking acct. I explained to the edge that I cancelled the transaction, and they reversed the charges as "unauthorized", 5 hours of daylight's latter, I bring a dispatch from telecheck , they want 50.00 for the phone ,plus 30.00 ret. chk tax. even though I get no phone. be going on in a minute 3 wk.s, signal corp. have already assured me it be their mistake and they are working on fixing it beside telecheck, telecheck have no journal of any contact beside them , and won't remove it until they do. Meanwhile I can't write a check ANYWHERE. I want to sue them for the 50.00 plus the 30.00 PLUS PUNITIVE damages I am so MAD, how do I find a legal representative for this type of suitcase, what would it cost? thankfulness.
