I've never lied on one, but it occur to me that if you attain the available job, the employer usually asks for two forms of ID. I other hand over them my SS card and driver's license. Neither specifies my see. Who is to influence someone couldn't tell stories something like their see on an employment form to up their probability of getting the opportunity?
