a year ago i rekindled a service industry business that i thought i would never restart again do to to oodles personel problems. once again i hold reach that point and the biz will grow no further beside out one of two things going on; virtual slave labor or start sharing the biz ,ownership and profits beside friends that i trust. my press is would it be better to hold two or three owners. i be aware of within could be trouble next to a short time ago two and i perceive that three would hold a convinced checks and balance type entry. ofcourse the trade bad is smaller quantity pie but a stronger bed. what are the certain social dynamics of such arraingements?
