I am not a CPA, nor do I own anything to do beside accounts or accountants. I do know that give somebody a lift overs of small companies hold Two results. One is that the bigger Company can hold the smaller one and allow it to use it's customer bed.
It also rids the larger company of competition by absorbing that company. Second, if the smaller company is not that profitable, It can again enjoy access to it's customers and use it as a Tax dodge. By pouring money into a discouraging asset, they can claim a Tax supposition. It can also head to a loss of job.
this is a moment ago my belief...

as you can see if you acquire lots small firms after eventually it will become big and apart from that it is much cheaper to acquire small firms and both of them are benfiting to it

small firms acquire the chnace to become larger and okay particular and the ample firm get to own more assets and manpower..

so both of them will generate profit...
Business must grow or they slowly die. You can grow by getting strange customers yourself, or by purchasing another company. The big CPA firms buy smaller ones to acquire more customers.
Comes down to simple "supply and demand" argument. As next to any capture, the larger company wishes something the smaller company have (in this overnight case probably a customer groundwork, possibly a specialised segment), and within return have made the shareholders of the smaller company an submission they cant waste. Needs on both sides are fulfilled.
