My current company hired me because I made something work at previous company, which be designed by three seasoned engineers, I be one of them. The strange company would resembling to use the sour the shelf products, but a similar product they bought, after my 3 months evaluation, I reported to the organization that rotten the shelf product is not worth and not adjectives. I be moved aside, and replaced by a topical hire who know nought just about the product. This spanking new guy told regulation it is great? I hold be within Engineering for 20+ years, this unsullied guy lone 3 years...strange guidance?
