I work in a imperative department where on earth here are three secretaries. I have missed two days of work because of my sick children ( and yes they will other come first) and every time I am gone. She go through my desk and computer and take anything that I may be holding for someone and does doesn`t matter what beside it. How can I other share her that she requirements to keep hold of her freaking hand bad my stuff. I don't mess near her desk when she is gone. Then I guess she be discussion smack because I missed because of my kids and she is tired because she you know if truth be told have to do something since I be gone. (This is girl that refuse to answer phone and only just types she would a bit file) Well she have be here for 9 years and I 3 so she think she is queen of the world. However, she is not my boss. How can I other explain to her to wager on sour me and my desk beforehand I freak out? Last time I said something to her similar to 6 months ago she spent hour crying in bathroom. HELP! Some recommend.

Why should you compromise your comfort for her when she is continually in your comfort zone? Tell her how you have a feeling and if she cries...she'll eventually stop. I have a girl do that to me once. I caught her contained by my bureau when I wasn't expected at work and I told her point blank to stay out of my bureau and away from my desk. There are convinced limitations to ur give somebody the third degree. First if she is an feeble member of staff than she is senior to u and u must respect her seniority. Secondly if she interfering in ur work later u must bring it in the see of bosses. At end u should opt out of this livelihood even nought happen even after ur complaints to the bosses
