I reckon not.
Of course if my cross be Alan Sugar or Richard Branson, consequently it's a different situation .. but guess what ? their Companies are already 'decentralised' !

I would prefer decentralisation because of the following advantages .
1-More autonomy
2-You can benefit from the local business opportunities
3-Staff is motivated
4-Expertise
