How much profit a firm in have to earn annualy within to own a right to issue shares or to become a PLC

Answers:
The answer depends two unknown facts: the country, surrounded by which the firm intends to position; and the stock exchange, on which the firm intends to inventory. Without these vital facts, we can donate solely broad rules, as follows:

(1) A firm may register as a PLC, even if it have no revenue or profit;

(2) As a PLC, the firm may issue and provide shares to the public; but
