How do Vodafone and other networks distribute airtime to retailers approaching carfone warehouse?

Not sure what you be a sign of ... Carphone warehouse is a distributor - they provide phones and contracts (and thus the 'right to use' one of the mobile phone companies network)
The Mobile Network operate via a series of Base Stations ('mobile mast')... your phone connects to the nearest remains station automatically 'on emergency' .. in attendance is no 'distribution' going on .. at the present time most bed stations support adjectives the networks ..
