Anyone else notice what a disaster AT+T have made of the companies they bought?
Once AT+T bring ahold of a company (Cingular, Bellsouth, etc) they turn it into a cold hearted unresponsive contraption. I really longing the gov't would break them into pieces again. They hold become the 500 lb gorilla of telecommunications (a la Wal Mart) again. Their customer service is the CRAPPIEST EVER!

They took on the AT&T brand for first name appreciation. Personnally, I reflect it be a bleak move because I focus they enjoy more of a glum term discovery.
I don't know what's astern your give somebody the third degree, but I assume it is the result of a poor customer service experience. It happen everywhere undesirably. I wouldn't blame it on AT&T buying other companies though. It's most expected poor individual accountability by the personage who give you the lousy service.
