Other stores pretty repeatedly supply them for even smaller quantity.
If you've never notice, not every item contained by the store is $1.00. Many are better. They buy surrounded by bulk, and they buy generic brands. This make their costs lower. The stores are usually not significant so their overhead (rent, payroll, etc.) is not too hulking.

1. the buy the stuff in bulk for cheap anyways.. so they can go it cheap..
and if you havent notice, most of the stuff they enjoy is generic and alot of their cometic or fuzz products are not as important, and items close to toilet rag is flimsy and cheap as economically.
