Answers: If you compensated by credit card and it has be less than 90 days, bid your bank and ask to put contained by a dispute for the transaction under "Goods/Service not receieved" and ask them to investigate. Make sure that you enjoy the emails you have sent them to follow this up.
I'd recommend doing this regardless of any other suggestion, just to start to process beside the bank to product sure that time doesn't lapse where the sandbank can't follow it up for you anymore (and that is the 90 afternoon mark)
Also email the company advising that you are going to do this, you may find that you take a response faster, in which travel case you can simply cancel the dispute.
If it wasn't compensated for by credit card (or even if it was) contact consumer affairs (and I'm assuming that you're in australia by adage this) you can find their contact details by just typing consumer affairs into G00GLE, and their website should catalogue the relevant phone number for your state.
Good luck!
