The investigative financial correspondent Tony Hetherington have only just written an excellent article on what looks to be a completely shady company call the English Land Partnership. The article make these points -
The company's address is in flashy Mayfair, London but this is basically a maildrop near the material location person Doncaster
The salesman aren't shy surrounded by making false claims as the BBC caught them out unfolding prospective investors that 'Barratt's required to buy a site for lb6 million' - See this interconnect
The man at the back the company is a convicted fraudster, Kevin Jones
Leeds Council suggest that on one of the company's plots of territory the 'prospects of the stop's greenbelt status shifting within the foreseeable adjectives is notably unlikely'
And the Leeds North West MP Greg Mullholland said: "It's pretty dodgy to put it mildly... the sincerity is that the plots of park are worth a few hundred pounds and they're self sold bad for... 18 to 20 thousand pounds. Now to my mind that's a rip-off."

Rule #1 when it comes to your money should other be - if it seem to well brought-up to be true, it plausible is. I own not hear anything difinitive even so, however it appears to be really similar to the Nigerian scam.
